Two Secret Characters
Go to the Create Character menu, then hit triangle when the menu for selecting which faction you want your character, and a menu should pop up, hit sqaure, then type in:

phayder--Unlocks Alanna (Necris)
jihan--Unlocks Ariel (Iron Clad)
