I wish I could... especially since this bandwidth is totally wasted between the hours of 6pm - 8am every night. But there's also a pesky firewall and, of course, the fact that I want to keep my job.

My DL is not quite as good, but mind you that this test was done during peak hours (10:20pm EST)

Just out of curiosity I tested Ashburn, VA too:          

It seems that Ashburn, VA just has bad Jitter, try re-testing using the Washington, DC server and see what your jitter is...

yea you were right it does make a difference.
